$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libchart-perl 

libchart-perl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libchart-perl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchart-perl *

You will get with libchart-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table

libchart-perl package basic information:
